Nick has over 30 years’ experience in accounting, investment banking, strategy and business development. He spent more than 20 years with Deutsche Bank and Royal Bank of Canada, specialising in metals, mining and natural resources, with extensive experience in M&A, capital raising and transaction structuring.

Claire is a Chartered Accountant and a partner in the Canterbury office of Azets, a top 10 UK accounting firm. With over 20 years in the industry, she specialises in the application of IFRS and accounting and financial control generally for smaller quoted companies, primarily in the natural resources sector.

Russell is a qualified geologist with over 25 years’ experience across international mining, commodity trading and capital markets, with a focus on Africa. He was previously COO of Fujax Group, a precious metals analyst at Deutsche Bank and CEO of AIM-listed Chromex Mining and Goldplat.

Andrew is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant with over 15 years’ experience across mining, project development, operations and commodity trading. He has held senior finance and executive roles across Africa and the Americas, including leading the finance function at the Silvertip Mine from acquisition through development and operations to its sale to Coeur Mining.
